What is this mission?

A platform where the Diversity Inclusion teams of various Companies, and prospective employers, meet our young adults, some HR Consultants throw light on the process of recruitments, while the already working “special” employees, talk about their work experiences, and some Vocational educators teach & train the participants in some hard & soft skills !

milestones

EMPLOY SPECIAL has successfully trained more than 25 young adults, in the last series 2020-21,
and is continuing to empower them with soft (& hard) skills that they can use to get ready or get better in their workplace, or for self-employment.
The trainees are gradually being inducted into various workplaces, on this platform.
